OTTAWA — Two Franklin County commissioners have filed for re-election. Republican David Hood filed for re-election to the 3rd Commission District on Friday. He is completing his first term. Republican Ed Taylor filed for re-election to the 2nd Commission District this morning. He is completing his third term. Hood and Taylor’s are the only districts up for election this year.
