OTTAWA — A group of law enforcement and social agencies will formally announce the creation of the Franklin County Domestic Violence Response Team Thursday. They have scheduled a public announcement at the Layton Center at noon. The recently formed team is a coordinated community-based group of several existing agencies that will work more closely by providing various services for victims of domestic violence, and their families. Members of the team will try to hold domestic violence offenders accountable for their actions and ensure victim safety.
