OLATHE — A 46-year-old Fontana man was taken to an Olathe clinic after his van was hit by a hit-and-run driver on I-35 in Olathe Tuesday morning. The Kansas Highway Patrol said Henry Barnes, Fontana, was driving north on I-35, when he stopped for traffic at about 119th Street. The other vehicle rear-ended his van and took off. Barnes was taken to the Concentra Urgent Care Center for examination of his injuries.
