OSAWATOMIE — Jenny Weaver is collecting donated formal dresses, shoes and jewelry for the third annual Osawatomie Dress Swap. The Osawatomie Journal reports that girls will be able to find a prom or formal dress for free at the dress swap. The date for the dress swap hasn’t been set yet.
