OLATHE — A 21-year-old LaCygne man has been is being held in the Johnson County jail on a charge of electronic solicitation of a child under 14. The Osawatomie Journal reported Travis Brandt was arrested following a sting in which Johnson County detectives posed as underage teenagers on-line. The sting was set up after an Osawatomie woman reported someone trying to use Facebook to solicit her 13-year-old eighth-grade daughter. Brandt was convicted and served some time earlier and was on probation for trying to solicit a teenager between 14 and 16.
