OTTAWA — A court hearing for an Ottawa man charged in connection with a Richmond burglary that ended with a high-speed chase across the county and into Osage County has been delayed until Wednesday. Eric Fox was charged with burglary, theft, criminal damage to property and obstruction of justice in connection with the burglary at a farmstead west of Richmond last year. He and a Pomona man were accused of running from a neighbor and deputies until the truck they were in crashed in Osage County. Daniel Anspaugh, Pomona, was arrested at the scene and later pleaded guilty in a plea deal involving that and another rural burglary. Fox was picked up later in connection with the incident. Earlier this month, Anspaugh was sentenced to 21 months of supervised probation and ordered to pay restitution.
