JUNCTION CITY — Twenty people were arrested in Geary County Monday after a brawl broke out in a field next to the Council Grove interchange along I-70 near Junction City. The Grandview Plaza Police Department told WIBW Channel 13 that a fight broke out between a group of people from at the Ogden Community cCenter and ended up in the field adjacent to a westbound off-ramp along I-70. They said the fight may have started with an argument over a girl and escalated, involving more people as friends joined in. The 20 people weren’t the only ones involved in the fight. Officers described the scene as chaos and many people involved in the fight fled when they arrived.
