OTTAWA — The Ottawa City Commission has agreed to vote on a plan that allows Ottawa University to put its buildings and streets into the county’s 911 system. Commissioners will vote on the resolution Wednesday night. By listing specific buildings and street addresses, emergency crews will be able to go directly to the call instead of merely the college campus, city manager Richard Nienstedt said.
