OTTAWA – An angry Ottawa teen in the Franklin County Juvenile Detention Center slammed a chair on the ground causing it to break late Saturday night, the sheriff’s department said. Damage was estimated at $20. The cost to Philip Guyle, 17, is another matter. The sheriff’s department says a report was forwarded to the county attorney’s office.
