WELLSVILLE — A 35-year-old Ottawa woman received minor injuries because of a one-vehicle accident on I-35 near Wellsville early Saturday morning. The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said Kellie Cline was driving north on I-35 when her van hydroplaned and hit the guardrail. She received minor injuries and but refused medical treatment.
