OTTAWA – Mr. Chairman, meet Mrs. Chairman. A member of the public who talked to the Franklin County Commission this morning was Helen Hood, wife of Commission Chair David Hood. She reported on the plans of Ottawa Main Street for this year’s flowers and plants along Main Street in downtown Ottawa. She said 8,000 pansies have been ordered and will be planted on the corner flowerbeds downtown.
