OTTAWA – The next court hearing for an Ottawa man charged in connection with a Richmond burglary that ended with a high-speed chase across the county and into Osage County has will be March 5 in Franklin County District Court. Eric Fox waived a preliminary hearing. He’s charged with burglary, theft, criminal damage to property and obstruction of justice in connection with a burglary at a farmstead west of Richmond last year. He and a Pomona man were accused of running from a neighbor and deputies until the truck they were in crashed in Osage County. Daniel Anspaugh, Pomona, was arrested at the scene and later pleaded guilty in a plea deal involving that and another rural burglary.
