SPRING HILL — After having a bad day last Friday, Neahmiah Wilson, Spring Hill, decided to buy a $10 Classic Black instant scratch ticket at the Spring Hill Casey’s Store to cheer herself up. Although she buys lottery tickets, it was the first time she bought a $10 scratch ticket. Because of her decision, what had been a bad day turned great when she disovered she won the $75,000 grand prize. She said she was in a state of shock but didn’t take long to start a college fund for each of her three children and decide to buy a newer car.
