OTTAWA – The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said Dezerae Brown, 29, Ottawa, was going south on the I-35 exit ramp toward Marshall Road Wednesday morning when the front driver’s side wheel came off her 2000 Ford Windstar mini-van. The tire rolled onto Marshall Road and struck a car driven by Nancy Ball, 44, Wellsville, in the front driver’s side door. Neither driver was injured.
