RICHMOND — The Richmond Public Library’s annual Valentine’s “Chocolate Day” is this afternoon at the library. From 2 to 3 today, the library will be open for adults and from 4 to 6 for kids will be invited to come to the library. In Chocolate Day, the library will have three or four kinds of melted chocolate — milk chocolate, white chocolate, butterscotch and raspberry chocolate, candy molds, marshmallows and pretzels. This year, this library will also have cake pops for everyone to dip into the chocolate.
