OTTAWA — A court hearing for an Ottawa man charged with kidnapping in connection with a domestic dispute has been postponed to Wednesday in Franklin County District Court. Christopher Gary is being held in the Franklin County jail on $75,000 bond. He is also charged with two counts of aggravated battery, domestic battery and criminal threat.
