GARNETT — Representatives from the Kansas Small Business Development Center at Pittsburg State University will be in Garnett on Tuesday, Feb. 21, for free individual counseling sessions from 9:30 to 3 at the extension office in downtown Garnett. The counselors will talk to those people interested in starting a new businesss, and existing business owners interested in discussing financing and other needs. Appointments are required.
