LAWRENCE — Harvard law professor and human rights activist Henry Steiner will deliver the fifth annual International Law Students Association Human Rights Lecture Thursday afternoon at 3:15 at Green Hall at the University of Kansas School of Law. Steiner will talk about Muslims in Europe and the cultural clash. His talk is free and open to the public. He will discuss increased Muslim immigration from North Africa in recent decades to Europe and the recent nationalist reaction.
