OTTAWA — United Way of Franklin County has reached about 70 percent of its fundraising goal, and is now looking for individual donors to make up the difference. United Way is seeking to raise $142,000 this year to help 15 community organizations that are based or work in Franklin County. The individual campaign kicks off this week.
