POMONA — The Frankin County Sheriff’s office said an 18-year-old Ottawa man drove a vehicle into a ditch in the 1100 block of Pawnee Road northeast of Pomona early Sunday morning. The vehicle caught fire and was destroyed. The sheriff’s office said Dakota Starbuck wasn’t injured. However, deputies booked him into the Franklin County jail for DUI and as a minor in possession of alcohol.
