PEORIA — The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said a 49-year-old Wellsville man was booked into the Franklin County jail for aggravated battery Saturday night following a domestic dispute in the 3200 block of Utah Road north of Peoria. Ralph Taylor is accused of hitting a 20-year-old Wellsville man in the right knee with a baseball bat.
