OTTAWA — At Monday’s meeting, the Ottawa City Commission agreed to vote on a list of priorities for Ottawa Municipal Airport. The priorities include rewriting the airport master plan, lengthening the main runway, and improving the airport’s taxiway lighting and the Automated Weather Observation System. The priority, which will be approved at the next commission meeting on March 7, is the first step in obtaining federal funding for the items, said city manager Richard Nienstedt.
