OTTAWA — Two people were taken to an area hospital with what the Franklin County Sheriff’s office described as minor injuries Monday morning. The sheriff’s office said Jonathan Peffley, 70, Ottawa; was driving east in the 2200 block of Labette Road southwest of Ottawa when he lost control of his mini-van and went into the ditch on the south side of the road. Peffley and his passenger, a 10 year-old Ottawa boy, were taken to the hospital by Franklin County EMS ambulance.
