OTTAWA — The Elizabeth Layton Center reported that thieves cut the catalytic converters and exhaust pipes from four more of its vans sometime last week or before. A catalytic converter was cut from an ELC mini-bus last week. The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said the loss was estimated at about $5,300.
