CENTROPOLIS – A 39-year-old Ottawa man was hit by vehicle while he was walking in the 1800 block of Riley Road south of Centropolis Thursday night. David Crim was injured when he was hit.
The Franklin County Sheriff’s officeidys Crim couldn’t describe the vehicle that hit him and which kept moving on.
