LeLOUP – The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said a 35-year-old Wellsville man reported that thieves entered a barn and horse tailer in the 3300 block of Shawnee Road near LeLoup sometime before Friday night and stole tools, saddles and other items. The loss was estimated at $3,500.
