OTTAWA — The Franklin County Sheriff’s office received two reports of home break-ins Tuesday evening. A 61-year-old Pomona woman reported someone forced open the front door of her home in the 300 block of North Main in Pomona, damaging the door. However, she reported that nothing appears to have been stolen. The damage was estimated at $800. A 46-year-old Greeley woman reported someone broke into her home in the 200 block of Virginia Road south of Lane and stole a 38-caliber pistol and several tools. The loss was estimated at $575.
