GARNETT — Three women who have each held their Anderon County office seats for at least 20 years have filed to keep those positions. Democratic County Clerk Phyllis Gettler, Republican Register of Deeds Sandra Baugher and Democratic Treasurer Dena McDaniel have filed for re-election. They are the only people to file for the county offices in Anderson County up for the general election in November. Other offices up for election this year include sheriff, county attorney and two county commission seats. The deadline to file is June 1.
