OTTAWA – Ransom Memorial Hospital will host the second of two grand openings and public tours for its $9.3 million renovation and expansion project Sunday afternoon at 1 beginning in the conference rooms. The project included a new OB-GYN wing, a new surgery suite, a new intensive care unit and a complete renovation of patient rooms.
