GARNETT – Representatives from the Kansas Small Business Development Center at Pittsburg State University will be in Garnett on Tuesday, March 20, for free individual counseling at the Extension office meeting room. Area residents interested in starting new businesses, or expanding or improving existing businesses can meet with small-business counselors. Appointments are required.
