PAOLA – Miami County’s nine-thousand registered Republicans are welcome to take part in the inaugural caucus to be held on Saturday at at Paola Middle School. Doors open at 8:30 and the voting begins after representatives from each presidential candidate have spoken, which should be at around 10 a.m. Voting should be wrapped up by 1 p.m., but anyone in line at that time will be allowed to cast a vote. Those casting a ballot are reminded to bring a photo ID.
