OTTAWA – The Ottawa girls and boys’ basketball teams weren’t the only Cyclone teams to win state tournament trophies last weekend. The Ottawa High School chess team – Ryan McCall, Ryan Higgins, Brandon Higgins and Jessie Bowen – placed third at state.
