OTTAWA — Most area legislators weren’t enthusiastic about a bill by a Neodesha representative who seeks to make all cities and counties either allow people to carry concealed weapons into their facilities or put up metal detectors or other security systems: Most said it would be hugely expensive for most cities and counties.
