OTTAWA — An Oklahoma man is in the Franklin County jail in connection with a 12-year-old armed robbery. Dean Beaver, 45, Doughtery, Okla., is being held in connection with a robbery of a motorist along I-35 in 1999. County attorney Heather Jones said Beaver was being held by another agency when he was arrested by Franklin County authorities.
