OTTAWA — This year, it will be Mayor Blake Jorgensen and mayor pro-tem Sara Caylor. When they met Monday afternoon, Ottawa city commissioners decided to follow their custom of naming the top commission vote-getters in previous city elections as mayor, with the mayor pro-tem being mayor a year later. The office is largely ceremonial. Commissioners will formally vote for Jorgensen and Caylor at their meeting next week.
