OSAWATOMIE — The Osawatomie Fourth of July fireworks display will return to the city lake this year. The Osawatomie Journal reported that the city had received several requests from the public to return the fireworks display to the lake, a long-time Osawatomie tradition; and council members agreed that it was time. The council asked city manager Don Cawby to create a shuttle to the lake for Independence Day.
