OTTAWA-A Kansas resident’s life has definitely changed after claiming $218.6 million this morning from the Mega Millions lottery drawing held last Friday. The winner chose not to reveal his or her identity after discovering the exciting news. The winning ticket was a Quick Pick and was sold from a Casey’s store in Ottawa. The $656 jackpot will be split between winning ticket holders in Kansas, Maryland and Illinois.
