OTTAWA — A 22-year-old Pomona motorcyclist was scraped up when he lost control of his bike early Saturday morning. The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department reported that Dakota Frack was riding his Harley Davidson Streetrider west in the 1600 block of Labette Road west of Ottawa when his bike slid on loose gravel near the shoulder of the road. The department said Frack refused treatment by Franklin County EMS personnel.
