OTTAWA — A 33-year-old Ottawa man was booked into the Franklin County jail for aggravated assault Monday night. Ottawa police said Caleb Jeffcoat and Joshua Jeffcoat, both 24 and both of Ottawa, reported another man threatened them with a knife in the 300 block of South Cedar Street Monday night. Police said Eric Waggoner was booked into the jail later in connection with the incident.
