TOPEKA – A powerful storm system is starting to move through eastern Kansas. Topeka National Weather Service forecaster Jennifer Bowen says the system could bring some rough weather through Sunday. That could include hail, damaging winds and even tornadoes. Tornado watches were posted for much of the area Friday night. People in the area should listen to weather reports or keep listening to all-hazards weather radio, she said.
