OTTAWA – A change in an early intervention program for children has sent Ottawa and Wellsville school officials scrambling. Ottawa school Supt. Dean Katt said a search has been under way for a new sponsor for the Ottawa-Wellsville Infant Toddler program after the Greenbush Educational Cooperative decided to withdraw. The program provides a variety of health, nutrition and occupational services for at-risk children before they reach school.
