OTTAWA — Four people climbed into cab from a business in Franklin County early Saturday morning. Their destination wasn’t the Twilight Zone but it turned out to be hell – or the Franklin County jail. One of the passengers, who was intoxicated, got rowdy and then got into a fight with the other riders and the driver, Police Lt. Adam Weingartner said. When Ottawa officers responded, she added them to the fight card. The victims did not know the woman, he said. The woman’s trip ended at the jail. Katie Bussen, 25, Ottawa, was booked into the jail for battery, criminal damage to property, resisting arrest, and battery on a law-enforcement officer. She also accused of destroying one of the other passenger’s necklace, Weingartner said.
