OTTAWA — Ottawa city commissioners named Garry Niehoff to the Ottawa Tree Board and Claudia Gibson to the Board of Zoning Appeals Monday. mmissioners interviewed applicants for the positions at their work session. Gibson works for Gibson Electric of Ottawa. Niehoff is retired.
