OTTAWA — A 52-year-old Ottawa woman was booked into the Franklin County jail for being a pedestrian under the influence Monday afternoon. Ottawa police said Rebecca Moore struck a car while she was riding a bicycle in the 500 block of West Third Street.. Police said she was found laying on the ground where she fell from the bicycle.
