OTTAWA — Police continue to look for a 26-year-old man accused of kidnapping an Ottawa woman, and robbing and beating her late Friday night. The woman escaped from the man when he stopped at a residence in Emporia Saturday morning. A pickup that was stolen during the kidnapping has been located in Morris County. Ottawa police Lt. Adam Weingartner said morris county deputies found the pickup abandoned on a rural road. The pickup, which was owned by the Ottawa woman who was abducted, was apparently abandoned in Morris County earlier today, he said. Ottawa detectives are enroute to Morris County to go over the truck, he said The man identified as the suspect in the incident, Jordan J.A. Henson, remains at large. Henson is described as white, 6-feet tall, 260 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes, and possibly wearing wire rim glasses. Weingartner said the woman was kidnapped from her home in Ottawa and the kidnapper drove her to Emporia in her pickup.
