CHANUTE — Approximately 170 candidates from the Ottawa are scheduled to receive degrees from Neosho County Community College. The college doesn’t hold commencement exercises at the Ottawa campus but Oottawa graduates are welcome to take part in commencement at the main campus in Chanute. Neosho’s commencement is tonight at 7 at the college’s Memorial Auditorium Building.
