OTTAWA — A 42-year-old Ottawa man was booked into the Franklin County jail Tuesday afternoon on suspicion of making an aggravated criminal threat. Mark Lauver is accused of making threats to rob the Dollar General store in the 2200 block of Princeton Circle Drive, Lt. Adam Weingartner said.
