OTTAWA — The Frontier Extension District has a new Extension 4-H agent at Ottawa. Kylie Dicket is moving from the Clinton, Mo., Extension office to the Ottawa office. Dicket has had extensive experience in 4-H matters and is a former 4Her. She will succeed long-time 4-H agent JoEllen Arnold. She will begin the first Monday in June, Frontier District’s Fran Richmond said.
