OTTAWA — Ottawa University students won six first-place individual awards at the kansas associated collegiate press association meeting. They are members of the news staff of the Campus, OU’s student newspaper. First place awards when to editor-in-chief Joel Wright and to Kristen Oyer for infographics, two firsts to 2010-2011 editor-in-chief Danielle Jurick for special section and feature writing and two firsts to Sara Humm for news photography and photo essay.
