OTTAWA — The Ottawa Youth Action Council is looking for middle school and high school students to volunteer for community projects. The projects are part of the youth council’s Summer of Service, volunteer director Lisa Rivers said. The projects will be in the community, as well as projects in lawrence and the kansas city area. The youth-led group will meet on the second and fourth Mondays of the month. For information, show up at the ECKAN Center, 1320 S.
